How I work
I work with individuals who want a thoughtful, evidence-informed and personalised approach to their health.
Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, I take a whole-systems view, considering how the immune system, gut, metabolism, hormones, nervous system and lifestyle interact over time.
My role is to help you:
• Make sense of complex or persistent symptoms
• Identify likely drivers and perpetuating factors
• Prioritise what matters most, rather than doing everything at once
• Move forward with clarity and confidence
This work is collaborative, structured and intentionally paced.
Areas I commonly support
I regularly work with people experiencing one or more of the following:
• Autoimmune and inflammatory conditions
• Digestive dysfunction, food reactivity and gut-immune interactions
• Allergy, histamine and immune dysregulation
• Fatigue, low resilience and burnout states
• Chronic pain and inflammatory load
• Hormonal, metabolic and blood-sugar imbalance
• Health optimisation, resilience and longevity support
Many clients experience overlap across several systems, which is where a functional medicine approach is particularly valuable.
Why a comprehensive program is necessary
Many of the people I work with have complex or long-standing health concerns that involve multiple systems interacting over time.
In these cases, meaningful progress rarely comes from single or ad-hoc consultations. Patterns need to be identified, priorities need to be sequenced carefully, and strategies need to be adjusted as the body responds.
For this reason, my work is structured as a comprehensive, ongoing process rather than isolated sessions. This allows for thoughtful investigation, continuity of care, and a clear, integrated plan – without overwhelm or unnecessary intervention.
What this involves
Depending on your individual needs, our work may include:
• A detailed exploration of your health history, symptoms, lifestyle and key life events
• Review and interpretation of relevant blood tests and functional investigations
• Consideration of genetic data where available and appropriate
• Personalised nutrition, lifestyle and supplement strategies
• Targeted testing recommendations to clarify uncertainties
• Ongoing refinement based on how your body responds
I do not diagnose medical conditions, but I work alongside your existing care to help you understand patterns, reduce drivers of dysfunction, and support long-term health.
Consultations
Premium Health Reset Program
I now offer a single, comprehensive premium program for clients who require depth, continuity and strategic oversight.
This program is designed for people who:
• Have complex or long-standing health concerns
• Feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice
• Want a clear, structured plan rather than piecemeal support
• Are ready to commit to a thoughtful process
Due to the depth and individualised nature of this work, places are limited.
What's included
Initial Comprehensive Consultation (90 minutes)
A deep review of your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition and relevant test results.
We identify priorities, likely drivers, and outline a personalised investigative and therapeutic strategy.
Structured Follow-Up Consultations
Scheduled across the program to:
• Review progress and symptom patterns
• Interpret results where relevant
• Refine nutrition, lifestyle and supplement strategies
• Adjust the plan as your body adapts
Personalised Health and Nutrition Plan
A detailed written plan integrating:
• Systems-based analysis
• Nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
• Supplement guidance where appropriate
• Functional testing recommendations if deeper insight is needed
Between-Session Support
Limited email support for brief clarifications between appointments, supporting continuity without replacing consultations.
Because this work involves integration across multiple systems and ongoing refinement, it’s structured as a defined program rather than individual appointments
Investment
This work is offered as a comprehensive, multi-session program rather than individual consultations.
Most clients work with me over several months, with an initial in-depth consultation followed by structured review sessions to observe patterns, interpret results where relevant, and refine the plan over time.
That structure is intentional. Complex or long-standing health concerns require continuity, careful sequencing, and time to observe how the body responds – not one-off advice or fragmented input.
Program details, including fees, are discussed openly during the Discovery Call once we’ve confirmed whether this approach is appropriate for you. This ensures you can make an informed decision before committing.
Consultations are not claimable through private health insurance. A receipt is provided for your records.
Next steps
If you’re feeling unsure where to turn next, the 20-minute Discovery Call is a calm, no-pressure way to explore whether this approach is right for you.
This conversation allows us to:
• Briefly discuss what you’re experiencing and what you’ve already tried
• Clarify whether your concerns are suited to this style of work
• Outline what working together would realistically involve
You don’t need to have everything figured out before booking.
The purpose of this call is clarity – for both of us.
This call is designed to support clarity and informed decision-making — not to provide treatment or to pressure you into proceeding.
Please note: the Discovery Call is not a consultation and does not include personalised recommendations. It is an alignment and suitability conversation only.
